I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I'm really enjoying the new-to-baltimore trend of food trucks popping up. We've got the Burrito truck, the soup truck, the grilled cheese truck, the burger truck, the crêpe truck, the Miss Shirley's truck, the cupcake truck, the falafel truck... and we can all agree that all of these foods taste infinitely better bought for cash and handed through a window on the side of a the street. They just do.
But you have to be in the right place at the right time to catch your favorite truck... the food trucks are quite polite with one another, and try not to wheel on each other's turf - so usually there's only one-a-day somewhere nearby. Not next Friday though! On July 8th from 5-10pm, all the food trucks will be coming together in tasty mini-kitchen-on-wheels unity and having a cocktail hour with Food (duh), Wine, Beer & Music, so you can taste them all at once! So the only problem left will be trying to fit a burrito AND a burger AND a macncheese grilled cheese in your little tum tum all at once, while gently wrapping your cupcake in a dessert crêpe and chugging a Boh while you dance the night away.
