What I did this summer.

Sometimes when everything gets frantic + chaotic in RPP land, I completely forget to stop and think about how ridiculously fun it is around here.
In the middle of August - possibly the most stressful month of my life, because of the solo show at Art Star in Philly and lots of backed up commission work to do - I was asked to do an illustration for the NY Times for an article on education. And so the to do list grew one spot longer... and significantly more stressful. :)

I just found out that illustration won an award from Re:Form School (a "high profile group art exhibition, event series and public awareness campaign in NY"), which is pretty nifty.
