Born and raised.

My dad recently upgraded his phone from a tin can to something containing number buttons and a camera. Because of this, he sometimes sends me photos of what he sees on his morning walks in the woods by my family's house. Nothing makes me miss my hometown more than a good foliage shot, or these endless fields... leaves on the Connecticut river... all the extra space to roam and breathe fresh air. Loving the city life this fall, with walkable coffee shops, pumpkins on porches, art shows and constant things to do and see...and I am not missing the cold that is about to engulf these landscapes... but boy do I miss living in a place with a yard seen only by deer and chickadees.
