Phil and I are both covered in drywall dust at the moment, as we're remodeling the back office to fit us both in it, and we're doing all the sanding today. I was cleaning out my office a bit, to get ready for my move into the new one, and I re-discovered some postcards that made me smile - I've had these images of Sandy Skoglund's work hanging around my workspace for about 10 years now - since college. Her bizarre scenarios and powerful use of color have had a big impact on my own artwork, and I just realized I don't think I've ever mentioned her before now. Look her up. You'll love her work.
