The Baker Artist Awards are being announced tonight on Maryland Public Television - 7:30pm EST. We'll be at the Windup Space for the awards celebration party tonight to cheer on the winners and celebrate the arts (and awesome arts-funding) in our fair city. (Also, to get free pizza & beer).
The Baker Artist Awards present 3 artists from any discipline (writing, music, performing arts or visual arts) each with a $25,000 prize to do with what they wish - a very exciting night, and I can't wait to see who they've featured this year.
