What's this white stuff?

Okay, Bmore Sun MAY have been right to be antsy about the work cut out for public works folks this week (I salute you people). I'm not sure if you've looked out the window, but HOLY CRAP! That's a LOT of snow!!!! And more (up to a foot) is expected Tuesday night. Phil and I spent the whole weekend frolicking (that's too graceful of a word, I suppose) outside, sledding in Wyman Park Dell, taking walks to Hampden, shoveling out ourselves & our neighbors (for which one AWESOME neighbor rewarded us with a stack of delicious waffles), baking cookies, eating cookies, building a snow beast in the middle of our street (which never gets plowed) with all the neighbors, and playing my new favorite game (Bananagrams) with our pals Bruce & Sarah. Everything is closed today, and the friend we were supposed to pick up for the airport last night is very much still in Alabama.
As for me, I've got a hot beverage and a personal compromise that although I promise to work all day, I also promise to remain in my sweatpants.
Those who placed orders this weekend - THANKS! Your order will go out today, but may take a couple days extra. USPS closed Saturday, and I'm not sure what their plans are for today, but I suspect they are little backed up.
