I'm not really known for my carpentry skills, but this weekend Phil and I decided to finally do a project we'd been thinking about since we moved into our house two years ago. So along with the help of my trusty sidekick and an extensive vocabulary of cuss words, I built a planter box along the 10 foot railing of our back porch! Now we will have lettuce enough to feed the entire neighborhood.
Also accomplished this weekend:
-attending our first Seder for Passover
-singing Karaoke (the last thing unchecked on my list of goals to do before I turn 30 next week)
-Easter picnicking
-numerous bike rides
-repainting the window sills outside
-a halfhearted attempt at indoor spring cleaning
Life is good here in Baltimore.
