Girlfriend Getaway.

Spent the middle of last week on a mini-vacation with some girlfriends at Lost River Modern - a modern design inspired prefab cabin in the woods of West Virginia. A much appreciated break from all the work I've been doing in both the painting & printing studios. We hiked, we cooked, we ate... we also painted our nails, gave each other haircuts, made friendship bracelets, read design magazines, discussed the choice between flight & invisibility (which would you choose?) and drank fancy cocktails... all while viewing baby deer from porchside eames chairs and logs around a campfire. What more could 7 girls want in a vacation? It was... dare I say... perfect.

Thanks to Ashley for both organizing and taking these photos. I don't think I took many that were in focus myself.
