Artists Review Artists Project!

FOR ARTISTS: Here's a cool new project over at "Thinking About Art" blog, which I found through the Bmore Art blog this morning.
Artists go on the site and submit ONE jpeg image of their work, and in turn, agree to review another artist's one image. As a reviewer, you will see only the work and the materials and title, not the other artist's name. You write any sort of response to the work (positive, negative, constructive or not...) and it gets published on the site. You then find out who your artist was, and they have a chance to respond, and the discussion can continue. Your one image will be reviewed in the same way.
The blogger, and project runner, J.T. Kirkland, said something I thought was pretty nice to hear, about how he didn't know what an art review WAS anymore. He thought it would be fresh and more relevant to have current working artists give their 2-cents about artwork. Nice idea - I can't wait to see the responses!

Thanks so much for sharing my project. I'm quite pleased with the results so far.
