Turquoise Love

I read the other day on the design*sponge blog that purple is all the rage right now (which might explain the ravenous wolves descending on our supply of the "Purple Marsh" tee at Crafty Bastards this weekend). However, what with being out of touch with most trends, and coming on to them about 3 years later than most people (This from being raised in NH, where currently trends include Stonewashed mom-jeans, wool clogs and Red Sox sweatshirts) I tend to have my own little trends. Maybe later, I'll come up with a witty name for them. Something about Red Prairie Press maybe? Prairie Trends?
Currently, the latest Prairie Trend appears to be this: Coveting all things turquoise and green. You know what... It doesn't even matter if the actual item is turquoise... you'll get me just by putting something turquoise BEHIND what you're selling, and I'll still like it!
Here are some recently coveted things I've found in my office chair travels to etsy.com:
(clockwise from upper left: Shirtdress from RamonaWest, Fabric Remnant from luckykaerufabric, Loose Fit Tee from Ahpeele, Windmill Print from DutchDoor, Insect Wing Necklace from Imogene, Felt Flower pin from Accessoire .
